Active Shooter Awareness Training

Active shooter situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly. Typically, the immediate deployment of law enforcement is required to stop the shooting and mitigate harm to victims, but because active shooter situations are often over within 15 minutes, individuals must be prepared both mentally and physically to deal with an active shooter situation themselves. With facilities management teams being the foundation for on-site operations, getting the tools and knowledge needed to handle emergencies and keep people safe is a must.

In this free webinar, you will learn how to respond when an active shooter is in your vicinity and quickly determine the most reasonable way to protect your own life. Remember that students, customers and clients are likely to follow the lead of teachers, employees and managers during an active shooter situation. Join this quick, online training to learn the basics for how to profile an active shooter, actionable steps for immediate response, plus recovery and coping practices.
