Craig Chinn, AIA is a Principal and Founding Partner of Architecture Design Collaborative, one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies in America. He is a licensed architect in 40+ states and is responsible for all aspects of project design, client relationships and business development for the company.
Craig has designed and project managed numerous headquarter buildings and flagship stores for retailers across the country with an expertise conceptual design thru design development. He has lead his team in the successful completion of more than 8 million sq ft of buildout. Current projects focus on renovations and repositioning of vacant or obsolete retail stores and aging shopping centers and regional malls as well as new development projects. ADC has developed Experiential Architecture prototypes to deliver blurred boundaries and layer spaces that increase user involvement with the retail environment, incorporating art-like scenes with hospitality style finishes that infuse social media culture into the design. ADC is creating multifunctional spaces by combining interactive storytelling with environmental design and graphics to engage people, increase dwell time, and cater to the entrepreneurial mindset.

Joshua joins us from Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm providing services to commercial real estate and corporate clients. He brings over 13 years of environmental graphic design experience to his role as Senior Project Designer. Joshua has led signage and branding solutions for corporate office, mixed-use, industrial and multi-family properties. Additionally, he has provided branding strategy for Cities and startup companies. His tenure in the design industry includes retail, architectural signage design and fabrication and running his own signage and branding consultant firm. His technical expertise includes fabrication methods and an understanding of the built environment.
